On this page I hope to put in websites and other helpful contact details of various groups that offer helpful information to people with mental illness both here in Australia and overseas. As with all of the information you receive on this website, some you will agree with, some you wont. You are to take it all at your own risk. Where possible I will put Christian groups but to get groups on individual subjects, some non - Christian groups have been added. Christian Meditation.  For those able to get there Ross Memorial Uniting Church on the Corner of Hay and Colins Sts West Perth WA has Christian Meditation on Mondays from 12.10 - 12.40 PM. Participants are asked to be punctual and stay until the end, so the meditation of others is not disrupted. Seek the harmony of mind, body and spirit. A time of peace during a busy day. Self harm. Safe online help for self harmers. www.buslist.org/  Bodies under siege is a safe online communuity of those who do and have struggled offering understanding and compassion to others. There are strict rules about posting anything that may trigger others.

Rainbow project The Rainbow project, has regular lunches together, worship services, drop in coffee mornings and limited amounts of one  to  one friendship with carefully screened volunteers aimed at helping the MENTALLY ILL. They point out that it may take some time to find a volunteer. They meet in various suburbs of Perth W.A. and also in Mandurah.
